1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between the user and 88 fd, applicable to the 88 fd platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or using any service, you confirm that you fully accept all the terms set out below.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and actively participate on the 88 fd platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for providing truthful information about their age at the time of registration.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure. Users must update their information without delay if any details change.

2.3 One Account Only

Each person, household, or shared device may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in cancellation of bonus benefits and account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 88 fd's support team immediately. 88 fd will not be liable for any loss resulting from login credentials being obtained by a third party.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88 fd may request a government-issued ID or other relevant documents for identity verification when processing withdrawal requests or for transactions above a certain amount. Users are required to provide the requested documents on time.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited. The account may only be used by the person who registered it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 88 fd platform is ৳100. This limit applies to every payment method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other listed banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. If there is a delay in processing, users may contact the support team.

4.3 Source of Funds

Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate source. Depositing money from illegal sources is prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, 88 fd may suspend the relevant account's activity until the investigation is complete.

4.4 Use of Deposited Funds

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the 88 fd platform. There is no facility to transfer deposited funds to any third party.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering requirement in this case is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

A bonus is not a cash gift. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met first.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

88 fd regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms stated on the offer page. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the terms of the relevant offer explicitly permit it.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

If a user attempts to exploit loopholes in bonus terms or gain an advantage through multiple accounts, 88 fd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and take necessary action on the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless 88 fd itself decides to cancel it due to a technical error. The pre-match betting window closes before an event begins; only live betting continues after that.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant event. For casino games, the game's own software and a certified random number generator (RNG) determine the final result.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. 88 fd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or device problem, 88 fd's server logs will be considered final. In the event of a technical error, users may contact the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88 fd platform:

• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Strategic betting with the intent to profit by abusing bonus systems.
• Participating in coordinated group betting against the platform or match-fixing activities.
• Harassing, misleading, or fraudulently influencing other users.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the relevant balance may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

• Financial loss resulting from the user's login credentials being obtained by a third party.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Formal Complaint

If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, the user may file a formal complaint. After receiving the complaint, 88 fd will provide an initial response within a maximum of 7 working days and will inform the user of the final decision once the investigation is complete.

12.3 88 fd's Decision in Disputes

In technical or gaming-related disputes, 88 fd's server logs and records will be considered as final evidence. In cases of interpretive disagreement over the terms, 88 fd's interpretation will apply.
